This IAMBARFIT Endurance set was used at the Arnold Classic 2019 Pro Street Workout  competition!

Remember, the goal is to get your fastest time, but don’t break form. Consistent pace, and full range of motion are key – get someone to call your reps (and your no reps if you break form) so you can stay focussed on going hard until the end.
