This IAMBARFIT Endurance set was used at the Arnold Classic Pro Street Workout 2020 Qualifiers in Melbourne!
Some of the best athlete times coming in just a touch under the 3 minute mark, give it a try and let us know how you go for time.
Do your best to maintain a good pace but do not sacrifice your technique and form, quality comes before speed. Athletes were penalised with “No Reps” for not fully locking out on Pushups and Pullups, there is no substitute for good form.
Advanced:
  • 20 Mountain Climbers (Knees to elbows)
  • 5 Double Burpees (2 pushups each, touch the bar)
  • 2 Muscle ups 5 Straight Bar Dips
  • 1 Muscle up
  • 5 Pull ups
  • 10/10/10 iso (chin over, head to bar, dead hang)
  • 10 Jumping Lunges (5 each side)
  • 5 Jump Squats
  • 5 Chin ups
  • Hanging L-sit 10s
  • 1 L-sit Chin up
  • 10 P-Bar Knee Ups
  • P-Bar Dip iso 10s
  • 5 Dips Pushup iso
  • 10s 10 Pushups
Intermediate:
