Strengthen your lower and upper back muscles as well as your glutes, hamstrings and core with these two exercises. Add these to your daily warm up/warm down.

Focus:
1.Keep your arms and legs straight while maintaining a stationary torso.
2.Slowly lift your arms and legs towards the ceiling to make a “ u “ shape with your body.
3.Hold this position for time, don’t forget to breathe!
4.You may use a towel/resistance band to assist you.
