What are your thoughts on this video:
I see what he’s saying but I disagree. He’s describing a muscle up as a tendon tearing explosive swing movement. A proper muscle up is controlled, which, if done properly is an awesome movement.
I like Athleanx usually but I think he dropped the ball on this one.
WRONG. Muscle ups 4 dayzzzzz. This guys just hating to sound smart.
