I’ve been training calisthenics for about 3 years. Here’s my current program which I’ve been doing for about 4 months and has shown me some massive gains:
5 Muscle ups
20 Pull ups
20 push ups
30 second planche lean
1 minute planche lean
20 Pistol squats (each leg)
20 Squat jumps
10 toes to bar
30 second L sit hang
2 minute plank
Handstand and planche training and stretching
I cycle what’s above taking a rest day when I need to and I do everything with a weighted vest – Doing as much as I can with the heaviest weight but reducing weight when I need to to get the reps.
